PRODUCT WARRANTEE INFORMATION
All LoungAir products carry a one year unconditional (no-questions-asked) warrantee from manufacturer’s defects. Proof of purchase will be required. We will repair or replace any product or part which may prove defective under conditions of normal use during the warranty period. In the event the specific product or part cannot be repaired, you shall receive a product of comparable value.

SHIPPING POLICY
We normally ship out 90% of orders within 24 hours with the balance shipped out in 48 hours. We use FedEx and U.S.P.S. exclusively.

WEIGHT LIMIT
The LoungAir has a weight limit of 500 pounds.
